Job Title: Support Worker for Agricultural Workers (Full-Time)
Location: 107 9th Conc Rd, Burford, ON
Shift: Morning, Night, Overnight
Wage: From $25 an hour

Farm in Burford, ON looking for a Canadian fluent Spanish speaking individual to support farm workers with day to day tasks. Duties include in-person interpretations at medical and off-site appointments, communicate by phone, text or in person, etc. Must be fluent in Spanish and have a valid driver’s license.

  • Support Mexican SAWPs during the growing season with in-person interpretations at medical and off-site appointments
  • Provide transportation for SAWPs
  • Communicate with SAWPs by phone, text or in person
  • Respond to phone calls and texts messages from SAWPs
  • Deliver necessary bunkhouse supplies and equipment for SAWPs
  • In person banking support for SAWPs
  • Shared on call SAWP support evening and weekend hours at special rate

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
